Welcome September

Super Easy Pumpkin Muffins
Now that fall is around the corner and the weather is cooling down, that means it's time for pumpkin muffins! I love all things pumpkin and these muffins are no exception. You can't get much easier than this recipe. Well, actually you can... Instead of using yellow cake mix and spices, you can just use a spice cake mix and skip adding your own spices.

Here's the recipe:
·1 package yellow cake mix
·1 can pumpkin puree
·1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
·1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
·1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
·1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Mix together cake mix and spices. Add the can of pumpkin and chocolate chips: stir until combined. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Do I still add the stuff that the cake mix calls for? Oil, eggs, etc.

Aunt Franny, do you still use the cinnamon and stuff when you use a spice cake mix?

Feels like fall already up here, so I feel like baking!
