Mark and Kristin's Choir Concert

A brand new homeschool choir began in Reedley this year. Mark and Kristin sang in it. It's a lot different from the one they were in in Fresno but it was great!

Hillary's 21nth

Hillary turned 21 yesterday!! We celebrated with a family dinner minus William who had to work and plus fireman Dan (in uniform).

Catching Up

I'm catching up on the Seymour household but as you go thru you'll see I haven't quite mastered the "everything goes in the blog backwards" idea. However, I'm so pleased I've gotten it done that I am no way going to go back and tweak it into perfection. I'll add a few pics here of "normal" life, no big event. The first is Ana's bread. She makes bread every Saturday...sound familiar? No big deal but this particular batch came out beautiful so we took a pic. Wouldn't Dad be proud!?! I'm also putting in a pic of Mark at his piano festival. It's a quasy recital with the big one happening at the end of the year. Then I put a few pics of the kitties because whether you like them or not we LOVE our cats. The 3 kittens turned 1 on Nov. 28th and Fred has now hit 19. We're talking GEEZER cat. Hope you enjoy it all and now Julia won't have to keep asking me to blog!

Catching Up - Four Baptisms

On September 14 all four kids got baptized. A lot of you came and we really appreciated that. It was a very special day for the kids and one we had looked forward to for a long time.

Catching Up - Shasta

Phil's Dad, Harold, invited Phil and the boys to join him on a houseboat on Lake Shasta for a week. The girls and I stayed home and did a variety of low key kick back activites. We all had a great time although we don't recommend seperate vacations. It was great for Phil and Harold to relive their glory days on the lake and for the boys to hear all the stories and of course...fish. I heard there were a couple of times that they all 4 laughed so hard they cried. Or was that when they lost that "big one?"
